Diversity Breeds Discovery
I have been with my husband for over 30 years. And only due to sheltering in place did I learn that he is an amazing cook. Last night my husband (an American born in India) made one of my favorite traditional Indian dishes: butter chicken. It was better than any I had tasted. I l (an American born in Greece) was eating a Greek salad, with chunks of traditional feta cheese. Totally by mistake we discovered that butter chicken tastes INCREDIBLE with feta. And we noticed this was a flavor we would probably never have experienced had we not happened to have both feta and traditional Indian spices on hand. Diversity breeds discovery. And it’s delicious.
