Exploring the Updated EEOC Harassment Guidelines
We are delighted to share an article coauthored by our colleague Elena Paraskevas-Thadani, alongside Eli Makus and Erich Knorr published in the AWI Journal. In this piece, they explore the updated EEOC Enforcement Guidance on Workplace Harassment, the first update in 25 years. The article covers topics such as harassment based on sexual orientation and gender identity, remote work, retaliation, childbirth and pregnancy, color, and intersectional harassment. Effective and impartial investigations is more important than ever in addressing these evolving workplace issues.
