Serena Parker is a Senior Investigator and experienced attorney with over 20 years of experience as a trusted law firm, in-house, and government advisor. Serena has worked on a broad array of complex civil, commercial, employment, and investigation matters. 

Serena began her career as a Litigation Associate with a major international firm. Afterward, she continued her career as a litigator with several prominent New York law firms, including working on a firm’s special representation of the SIPA Trustee. This involved overseeing the liquidation of the Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and Bernard L. Madoff consolidated estates in connection with the recovery of assets in Madoff’s billion-dollar Ponzi scheme. She has also served as Director and Counsel for Litigation for the second largest multiple system cable operator in the United States.

Serena has experience defending corporations and individuals in investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as conducting confidential investigations for the largest public housing authority in North America in connection with proceedings before various city and federal agencies, as well as state and federal courts, involving allegations of discrimination based on factors such as age, sex, sexual orientation, disability, race, nationality or religion, as well as retaliation, wrongful termination and failure to accommodate claims.

Serena is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Yale University. She is proficient in Spanish.
