Team Highlight – Jessica Rinaldi

As the year begins, we want to express our gratitude to the exceptional professionals who make up our team at EPT Legal. They deliver responsive attention and excellent work product to clients, often in crisis situations, to resolve conflict in the workplace and address our clients’ investigation, training, coaching and mediation needs.

We are excited to announce that Jessica Rinaldi will assume the role of Head of the Firm’s Training Practice in the new year, in addition to her continued work as Senior Investigator. Jessica has been instrumental in developing and leading training programs on workplace culture, DEI, and leadership. She also conducts investigations involving workplace misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, bullying, and fraud. Jessica’s background includes serving as Deputy Chief of the Hate Crimes Unit in Manhattan, where she complex investigations and prosecutions ranging from harassment to homicide, serving as co-chair of the Transgender, Gender Non-conforming, and Non-Binary Rights Working Group of the Manhattan DA’s Office, and serving on the executive board of the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association.

Our clients consistently praise her seminars for being engaging, informative, and impactful, helping organizations foster more inclusive and respectful environments. We are excited to see Jessica lead our firm’s training initiatives and continue to make a lasting impact through her work.
