What Lawyers Want From Mediation

We would like to thank everyone who attended yesterday’s program “What Lawyers Want From Mediation”, hosted by NYSDRA. Our colleague, mediator Elena Paraskevas-Thadani served as a panelist, along with David Berger, Paul Radvany, and Eastern District of New York ADR Administrator Danielle Shalov, and discussed feedback received from attorneys about their experience in mediation. The mediators on the panel, along with the mediators who attended, had robust conversations about the do’s and don’ts of mediation, best practices, and what has worked for them in the past as neutrals.
