BREAKING: High Court Says Title VII Protects Gays, Trans Workers

The interpretation of Federal law pertaining to sex has been amended overnight nationwide. Federal law now protects employees from discrimination based on their sex, sexual orientation, and transgender status, regardless of what state and local laws provide. This issue is no longer only an issue of good workplace culture but is now the law of the land and must be kept in mind in company investigations, training programs, and opportunities at work. This was a long-awaited decision.
